    Just an excellent fit for a weekend in Chicago with fantastic value. The staff were cute and helped us decide what to order for dinner. Make sure to try the desserts while you're there.

    Exceptional views, marvellous and incredible setting.

    extremely comfy bed in the king room, plus a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. with wake-up service available and best staff from the bellstand to the restaurant to the housekeepers.

    very nice staff

    Family-friendly experience worth every dime

    I gotta say, the lake view from our room was amazing. We really loved chilling and watching the city come alive while we sipped our cocktails-everything was on point. The staff? Just very nice, they treated us like royalty and the kids had a blast at the aquarium. Little moments like.

    It wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable for the experience we had.
